Location Support

We have a large number of film location structures, perfectly suited to each application, so a single storage tent or catering area to a full production village can be provided to any location within the UK.

Studios & Soundstages

Fews can provide large structures for use as studios or soundstages, whether permanent or temporary in nature. Our structures are able to support huge suspended weights enabling the largest of sound, cameras, lighting rigs and set props to be placed anywhere.

Fews are committed to environmental sustainability and it forms part of our long-term planning. Wherever possible we look for ways to adopt green working practices, including recycling goods consumed in the process of running the business.

We are part of the ALBERT scheme as a supplier, making every effort to provide a sustainable service to every production.

From the structures we build to office paper to print cartridges, we make every attempt to operate efficiently, minimise waste and ensure used products re-enter the process to be converted in secondary goods.

Fews look for certification to back up our claims. We have ISO14001 accreditation and a published environmental policy to guide our processes.

Fews offer many marquee and temporary structure options for the film and TV production sector depending on the specific application and context. From basic cover, to robust attenuated sound stages, structures are available to cater for all applications and budgets.

In many cases, our structures can be installed at very short notice to ensure a production can meet its tight schedule. Each structure is available to purchase or for long term hire and we are happy recommend the best solution depending on your requirement.

We are experts in the temporary buildings industry, and we can offer full turnkey solutions for a variety of applications.

In many cases, your team will want to arrive on location to find everything ready to go and Fews’ project managers are experts in detailed planning; making sure all the right questions are asked to ensure a very smooth handover.

Specialist services for site scanning, ground works are available, and we can assist with planning permission through dedicated partners.

Our team of experienced project managers, site managers, foremen and installation crews are focussed on making sure everything is ready to go from day one.

Beyond the building, we can include specialist flooring, lighting, heating, air conditioning and power distribution if required.
